Here's my favorite idea, which can be used with any type of gift or addition to the above ideas. Attach a file for eachPresent with a personal message to employees. Tell them why they are important for the company last year. Like their specific contributions are a difference, or what are the qualities and characteristics that will make you value them as a person. The letter voices take some time, but employees are worth it.
It's easy. Show your employees that you care for them and they will take care of you back.
